郭大立

  郭大立,男,1971-2017,中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所研究员,博士生导师。长期从事森林生态系统植物根系-土壤系统结构与功能研究, 重点领域包括根系及菌根真菌结构与功能的生物地理学格局、吸收根及菌根真菌功能属性及动态、生态系统界面过程中根系的作用等。目前担任《Journal of Ecology》、《New Phytologist》、《Global Change Biology》等刊物编委。先后主持国家自然科学基金5项,获北京大学“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”(2008),国家自然科学基金委“杰出青年科学基金(根系生物学,2013)支持。

主要研究方向 

  根系生物学:根系的结构、功能与动态。利用野外试验、室内实验、理论模拟等手段探讨根系尤其是吸收根的生长发育特征与吸收根功能的关系;吸收结构与生长、死亡、分解的关系;植物根系的死亡机制。 

  根及菌根真菌生物地理学:不同物种吸收根功能属性对菌根真菌及根际微生物的影响;根菌根真菌根际微生物的大尺度地理格局。 

  生态系统生态学:森林生态系统物质循环,侧重地下系统(土壤-根系-共生真菌)的碳氮循环,特别是根系及共生真菌在不同类型(寒温带、温带、亚热带、热带)森林生态系统碳氮循环中的作用。近期关注生态系统各圈层之间的物质交换及“价格”机制。
