主要研究成果

  1以生态系统碳储量计量方法的改进为突破口,构建了中国不同区域关键参数的数据集(不同区域、植物不同器官CNPSK等含量、土壤容重、土壤CNP垂直剖面分布特征函数等)和新的森林生态系统固碳模型发展(FCS模型),并以此为基础精细评估了中国陆地生态系统全组分(地上生物量、根系、凋落物和0–100cm土壤)碳氮储量、认知了其时空变异规律及其影响因素,为中国陆地生态系统碳蓄储功能的现状、变化速率、增汇潜力、以及大气氮沉降固碳效应的综合评估提供了科学依据,为区域生态系统碳氮耦合关系研究奠定了基础。

  2自主发展了Q10研究新的自动变温培养+连续自动测试培养和测定模式(VDM模式),已成为被广泛接受的三种Q10培养与测定模式之一。在新模式和新设备支撑下,较系统地阐明了中国和全球尺度的土壤碳矿化和氮矿化对温度变化的响应特性(R25Q10Topt)及其调控机制,发现它们均随纬度升高呈逐步升高的整体变化趋势、并受SOM质量和pH共同影响,为探讨土壤碳氮循环耦合过程的温度响应提供了理论基础,为生态过程模型发展提供了重要参数。

  3创建了中国典型生态系统大气湿沉降监测网络(China_WD, 较系统地开展大气氮沉降、磷沉降、酸沉降和重金属沉降等监测;较系统地揭示了中国大气氮、磷和酸沉降的时空格局及其影响因素,提出 不平衡的氮磷输入将增强生态系统磷限制效应的新观点。通过19802015年大气干湿沉降的系统研究,发现中国大气氮沉降已呈现出沉降总量整体趋稳、湿沉降占比下降和干沉降占比上升、NO3-NH4+沉降的贡献趋于持平的转型变化新趋势;为科学评估中国大气沉降生态效应及准确模拟氮沉降野外控制实验设计等提供了新的启示和研究思路。

  4提出系统性和匹配性新型性状数据库建设法则,并亲自带队对100多个典型生态系统开展了系统性的野外调查,初步构建了由110多种功能性状参数组成的中国生态系统性状数据库(Functional Trait database of China’s ecosystems, China_Traits)。依托China_Traits在器官、物种、功能群和群落水平上,较系统地探讨了(多种)植物功能性状的空间变异规律及其影响因素,拓展了基于植物功能性状的适应机制的认识,发现了植物叶---根间功能元素协同进化及优化配置法则。创新性地发展了植物性状网络(Plant trait networks, PTNs)、植物群落性状(Plant community traits, PCTs)、生态系统性状(Ecosystem traits, ESTs)等概念框架、技术方法和应用案例,拓展了植物功能性状的多维度(单性状-多性状-拓朴空间)、多尺度(器官-物种-群落-生态系统)新研究领域,为推动大尺度的植物群落性状对生态系统碳氮循环调控机制奠定了理论基础和技术方法,为传统的性状研究、生态系统生态学、宏观生态学的整合生态学研究构建了新桥梁。
