方华军

19789月出生,博士,研究员。2000年在安徽师范大学国土资源与旅游学院获地理学学士学位。2005年在中国科学院东北地理与农业生态研究所获环境科学博士学位(硕博连读)。20052007年在中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所生物学博士后流动站学习并留所工作,20102011年在美国俄克拉荷马大学植物与微生物学系做访问学者。20132014年在美国密歇根大学资源与环境学院做访问学者。先后荣获青海省高端创新人才千人计划领军人才、中科院王宽诚资源与环境专项人才、中科院地理所“秉维”优秀青年人才、中科院刘永龄冠名奖等多项奖励。

研究领域与研究方向

研究领域为土壤生物化学,主要研究方向:土壤碳--磷耦合循环及其环境效应。以中国东部南北样带(NSTEC)和中国草地样带(CGT)上代表性的森林和草地生态系统为研究对象,构建多形态的氮沉降和氮磷添加控制试验,运用生物地球化学、同位素地球化学和分子生物学等手段,重点研究:(1)土壤碳氮磷的赋存形态、转化与功能微生物群落组成之间的关联机制;(2)植物-土壤-微生物交互作用对土壤碳氮磷动态的调控机制;(3)土壤-大气界面碳氮气体通量(CO2CH4N2ONO)的产生、消耗及其对氮磷添加的非线性响应机制;(4)大气氮磷沉降对土壤有机质组成和化学稳定性的影响机制。

主要研究成果

以土壤碳氮交互作用为研究方向,依托样带控制试验和室内培养实验两个平台,从分子、界面和生态系统三个尺度,系统研究了氮沉降增加对土壤微生物功能群、碳氮气体通量和SOM稳定性的影响。率先开展多形态、低剂量的氮沉降控制试验研究,阐明了氮素富集与土壤酸化的相互作用,提出土壤碳氮通量对增氮的非线性响应模式,揭示了增氮影响土壤碳截存的生物化学机制。迄今,在国内外期刊发表学术论文120余篇,SCI收录60篇,CSCD收录64篇;其中以第一/通讯作者发表论文65篇,SCI收录30篇,参写专著8部。主持国家级课题26项,包括4项国家自然科学基金、1项“秉维”优秀青年人才基金,1项院重点实验室青年团队项目和14项科技部重点研发项目、973项目、基金委重大/重点基金专题
