徐兴良

        1972年3月出生,博士,研究员。1996年山东师范大学生物系获生物教育学学士学位。1999年中国科学院植物研究所获细胞生物学专业理学硕士学位。2002年中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所获生态学专业理学博士学位。2002年-2003年奥地利Vienna大学维也纳生态中心做博士后。2005年-2006年德国Hohenheim大学土壤科学与土地评价研究所做访问学者。2012年美国加州大学Santa Cruz分校做访问学者。
研究领域与研究方向 
        研究领域为陆地生态系统氮循环,主要研究方向:植物氮素获取策略及其控制因素。以我国典型森林和草地生态系统为研究对象,运用同位素示踪技术、生物地球化学和分子生物学等手段,重点研究:(1)植物氮素获取策略的生物地理分异规律;(2)根际激发效应发生机制及其生态后果;(3)土壤有机质稳定性机制。
主要研究成果 
        近10余年来,申请人以陆地生态氮循环关键过程为主线,依托于中国生态系统研究网络的野外台站开展了大量野外实验研究,证实了高寒草甸和温性草原优势植物具有吸收有机氮的能力,量化了不同形态氮素对植物氮吸收的贡献,分析了植物和微生物之间的竞争与互惠关系,并探讨土壤矿化过程。随着研究深入,逐渐认识到植物氮素获取和微生物矿化之间并不是孤立的,随后结合当前根际研究前沿并融入进化方面的知识,开始探讨植物与根际微生物之间的作用关系在土壤碳氮循环中的角色,在前人研究基础上提出了植物以碳向土壤微生物换取氮的理论框架,发展了根际激发效应的发生机制。在国内外期刊上,已发表学术论文118篇。其中,92篇SCI,以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文28篇。主持3项国家自然基金面上项目、2项科学院人才项目;参加3项国家“973”课题、1项国家自然基金重点项目和2项国家重点研发项目。担任任European Journal of Soil Biology的责任编委、Rhizosphere的副主编和Land Degradation & Development的编委
