    男,汉族,19735月出生于江苏省连云港市,博士,研究员,博导,美国注册专业工程师,中科院择优资助。国际Sigma Xi学会会员、美国专业工程师协会(NSPE)会员、美国土木工程协会(ASCE)成员、美国地球物理联盟(AGU)成员、国际Gilbert地貌社成员、美国自然科学基金(NSF)评委、SCI刊物《Journal of Arid Land》《地理学报(英文版)》编委,《Journal of Hydraulic Engineering》,《Journal of Irrigation and Drainage Engineering》,《Hydrology Research》,《water resources research》评委、《水利学报》评委。在《Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences》、《Journal of Geophysical research》、《Geomorphology》、《Journal of hydrology》、《Hydrological Processes》等国内外期刊发表论文60余篇,其中SCI文章30余篇,EI检索论文20余篇,参与中英文专著3部。
