女，1983年生，浙江丽水人，中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所研究员，硕士生导师。2004年获中国农业大学管理学学士学位，2009年获中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所理学博士学位（硕博连读）。2009年进入地理资源所工作至今，兼任中国科学院大学岗位教授，“一带一路”协同创新中心秘书长，国际区域研究协会中国分会理事、秘书长，地理学会“一带一路”研究分会秘书长。主要从事经济地理与区域发展相关研究，近年来一直从事“一带一路”经贸合作相关研究。主持或参与国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑计划、973项目、中国科学院重点部署项目、中国科学院STS项目，及国家发改委、国土资源部等部、省、市委托项目50多项，先后发表学术论文80多篇，参编著作14部。

主要从事经济地理与区域发展，“一带一路”经贸合作，信息化与电子商务等研究。
